Monthly pricing in USD
Subscriptions with up to 10 licensed users cost $5 in total per month. Above 10 users, the flat rate is replaced by progressive per-user pricing, starting with the first user: $0.75 for each of users 1–100, then the lower rate for each user in the following bands.
| Licensed user band | Monthly price per user in the band |
|---|---|
| Up to 10 users (flat rate) | $5.00 total |
| 1–100 (when the subscription exceeds 10 users) | $0.75 |

| 251–1,000 | $0.40 |
| 1,001–2,500 | $0.25 |

| 5,001–10,000 | $0.10 |

Annual billing
Annual subscriptions use Atlassian user tiers, not the exact monthly active-user count. The launch annual price is 10 times the monthly total at the upper bound of the selected annual tier: for example, $50/year for up to 10 users and $750/year for up to 100 users. Verify the matching tier in Marketplace before purchasing.
Eligible multi-instance subscriptions use the same rates with annual billing, subject to Atlassian’s unique-user counting and eligibility rules.
Which users count?
Although CustomerChase works in Jira Service Management, Atlassian’s Jira app billing can use the largest licensed Jira product user count on the site, not only the agents who use CustomerChase. Customers with portal-only access are not sold a separate CustomerChase seat. See Atlassian’s billing guidance.
Included
Project policies, business calendars, templates, public reminders, customer-reply cancellation, final transitions, agent controls, dashboard, diagnostics and audit history. Operational platform limits and the documented scanner capacity still apply; no unlimited throughput or guaranteed delivery time is promised.
Atlassian manages evaluations, subscriptions, invoices and applicable tax. There is no external payment form on this website.
