CustomerChase terms.

Standard agreement

Marketplace subscriptions to CustomerChase use the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, version 1.0, together with the provider-specific terms on this page. Atlassian and Bonterms are not the CustomerChase provider. The Marketplace order determines fees, subscription duration, licensed user tier and any evaluation period.

Provider-specific terms and attachments

• Provider and notices: TechnofyStore, support@callsiq.com.
• Documentation and permitted use: CustomerChase setup guide. The product automates public JSM reminders and administrator-configured final transitions for the customer’s own service projects.
• Support policy: CustomerChase support. No additional uptime SLA, 24/7 support or fixed response-time commitment is offered.
• Data processing attachment: CustomerChase Data Processing Addendum.
• Privacy and security information: CustomerChase privacy notice.

Operational boundaries

Customer administrators select the policies, public template content, calendars and workflow transitions. Test these in a sandbox before enabling live automation. Public reminders may trigger Jira customer notifications; a configured final transition changes the request’s workflow state. Maintain appropriate permissions and do not place confidential internal content in public templates.

Deadlines are approximate and subject to Jira and Forge availability. The scanner queues up to 100 due cycles per run, normally every five minutes. Views fail explicitly if a collection exceeds 10,000 records. An uncertain Jira action can require operator reconciliation rather than an automatic resend. These are documented operational boundaries, not per-action billing charges.

Data access and end of subscription

Customers can read their configuration and cycle history in the app. Authorized site administrators may request assistance obtaining app-held records through the support address. Uninstalling stops the app; Forge-managed storage retention and recovery follow the privacy notice. Jira comments already created remain under the customer’s Jira controls.

CustomerChase is in release preparation and is not yet publicly purchasable. Review the agreement and the final Marketplace listing before placing an order. No payment details are collected by this website.
